What You’ll Do
- Diagnose & Repair: Get hands-on with various forklift models, troubleshooting issues and performing repairs to ensure optimal performance.
- Routine Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance, ensuring our fleet runs smoothly and safely.
- Safety First: Adhere to all safety protocols, promoting a culture of safety within the workplace.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with staff to coordinate repairs and minimize downtime.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts used, and maintenance schedules.
What You Bring
- Experience: Proven experience as a forklift technician or similar role; familiarity with electrical and hydraulic systems is a plus. Extensive automotive experience is acceptable as well.
- Problem-Solving Skills: A knack for troubleshooting and a can-do attitude that tackles challenges head-on. Ability to diagnose difficult issues, troubleshoot engines, etc
- Team Spirit: Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Customer Service: Be friendly, courteous and approachable

Compensation Range
$28.00 - $38.00 AND $2,000 Sign-on Bonus
