Reyes Fleet Management is hiring immediately at our Reyes Coca Cola Bottling facility in Milwaukee, WI for a full-time Fleet Diesel Mechanic A role.

Join our team to perform repairs and maintenance on trailer/tractor equipment.
Schedule
- Full-Time
- Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM–6:30 PM
Pay
- Base pay: $36.50/hour
- CDL Incentive Pay: additional $1.00/hour with active CDL A license (preferred but not required)
- ASE Certification Incentive: $0.25 per T-Series ASE certification, up to a maximum of $2.00/hour

Responsibilities
- Diagnose, rebuild, and repair fleet equipment (tractors, trailers, refrigeration units, and related parts)
- Complete thorough documentation for work orders of repairs and preventative maintenance through the online Enterprise Asset Management system
- Diagnose complex mechanical and electrical problems utilizing diagnostic technology/software when applicable
- Complete complex and detailed mechanical inspections and repairs with minimal supervision
- Adhere to all company, local, state, and federal policies and regulations including DOT, OSHA, and Reyes Fleet Management standards
- Ensure compliance with safety programs, correct selection and use of appropriate tools, PPE, machine guarding, and established best safety practices
- Drive Reyes Family of Businesses, Reyes Fleet Management, and customer vehicles as required by the role (DOT-regulated position)
- Maintain a current Driver Qualification file, including annual motor vehicle records (MVR) check, successfully completed DOT Physical, and Safety Performance History records from prior employers in the last three years
- CDL holders will undergo a DOT Drug Screening within 30 days of start and be subject to an FMCSA Clearinghouse review
- Some travel may be required
- Other projects or duties as assigned
Requirements
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) with 3+ years of related experience
- Must possess own tools
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable motor vehicle record in compliance with Department of Transportation regulations
- Valid CDL (License A) is highly desired; mandatory in some locations
- Ability to frequently lift, push, and/or pull weights in excess of 50 pounds, occasionally exceeding 100 pounds
