About the role
This position is responsible for managing the company's pavement striping operations. Duties include coordinating with clients, overseeing projects, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations and coordinate with clients to ensure project timelines are met.
- Oversee the implementation of pavement striping projects, ensuring quality and adherence to specifications.
- Ensure all projects comply with local and federal safety regulations.
- Supervise a team of pavement strippers to ensure efficient and safe work practices.
- Communicate effectively with clients to address concerns and resolve issues promptly.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in pavement striping or related field.
- Proficiency in operating pavement striping equipment.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Knowledge of traffic signs and pavement markings.
- Experience with pavement marking software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
