About the role

Lead and develop leadership teams within a craft full-value bakery and retail operation, ensuring that managers confidently delegate tasks while fostering employee integration and role clarity.

Responsibilities

• Oversee leadership development for four key managers: two bakery production managers, the pastry shop manager, and the retail sales manager.
• Facilitate monthly peer-group sessions for the four managers, divided into two separate HI-MAP peer groups.
• Provide individual, personalized coaching to each manager on a monthly basis, addressing the specific topics covered in their peer-group sessions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in leadership development or executive coaching, preferably within craft production, food manufacturing, or retail environments.
• Strong understanding of team dynamics, delegation strategies, and employee integration practices.

Skills

• Facilitation of peer-group learning and collaborative leadership sessions.
• Individualized coaching and mentoring for mid-level managers.
• Ability to tailor development approaches to diverse functional areas (production, pastry, sales).
