Die Set-Up Operator (3rd Shift)
About the role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Die Set-Up Operator to support manufacturing operations in a fast-paced production environment. This role is responsible for assembling, preparing, inspecting, and staging components used in injection and tooling processes. Strong attention to detail, safety awareness, and consistency are essential for success in this position.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, assemble, inspect, and repair components to ensure production readiness while maintaining safety, quality, efficiency, and material flow.
Requirements
This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Training will be provided for those without formal education. Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
Qualifications
Experience in a manufacturing setting is preferred but not required. Must be able to follow detailed instructions and work independently. Must have strong attention to detail and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
