About the role
The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the maintenance activities within the manufacturing facility, ensuring equipment operates efficiently and safely. This position requires strong leadership skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to manage a team.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily maintenance tasks to ensure equipment is functioning correctly
- Coordinate with engineers and technicians to resolve complex issues
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules
- Train and mentor team members in maintenance procedures
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards
- Manage maintenance budget and resources effectively
Requirements
- Experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a stamping plant
- Knowledge of maintenance procedures and tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience
- Journeyman status as a Die Maker or at least 8 years of die experience in a stamping environment
- Experience in root cause analysis and supervisory roles

Pay
The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
