Job Purpose and Impact

The Diamond V - Ruminant Nutrition Sales Team Leader will lead and develop strategy, sales teams, and processes to achieve revenue targets. In this role, you will provide strategic vision and tactical direction, oversee and direct the responsibilities of the mountain southwest sales team, and represent the organization in promoting and selling the company's products and services.

This will be a home office role but requires up to 60% travel to cover the area of responsibility. The Diamond V brand offers natural immune support postbiotic feed additives designed to optimize animal health, performance, and preharvest food safety. The role involves providing expert, experienced technical support to customers to maintain animal health and grow businesses.
