This is a part time, seasonal role. The 2026 season at Diamond Lake is from mid-May through November, and we would love to have you join our team.

Keep It Spotless: Perform daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning routines for bathhouses, restrooms, cabins, laundry rooms, pool furniture, game rooms, and other guest-use facilities.
Use the Right Tools: Follow proper cleaning procedures and use chemicals safely, wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) when required.
Maintain Supplies: Track and report inventory needs for cleaning supplies and guest essentials like toilet paper and paper towels.
Handle Lost & Found: Collect and properly log found items, ensuring valuables are secured.
Report Issues: Identify and report any maintenance concerns, damaged items, or guest complaints to the General Manager.
Be Guest-Focused: Greet guests with a warm smile, be responsive to their needs, and contribute to a positive and welcoming atmosphere.

Team Player: Works well in a collaborative environment and communicates effectively.
Physical Stamina: Ability to handle physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
Flexibility: Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Valid Driver’s License: Required for mobility around the campground.
English Proficiency: Ability to understand and speak English fluently.

Lift and carry up to 50 pounds occasionally, 25 pounds frequently, and 10 pounds regularly.
Stand for long periods (up to 80% of the shift) and work in wet/slippery conditions.
Bend, kneel, crouch, climb, and move across varied terrain.
Hear and speak clearly to communicate effectively with guests and team members.

The Pay Range For This Role Is 10 - 12 USD per hour(Diamond Lake)
