Responsibilities

• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation across locker rooms, studios, and public areas.
• Work behind the scenes to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment that enhances every member’s experience.
• Provide exceptional, hospitality-driven service to members and guests.
• Follow sanitation protocols to ensure a healthy and hygienic environment.
• Show attention to detail and a service mindset in all tasks.
• Collaborate effectively with other team members to achieve common goals.
• Adhere to time management and reliability standards to meet deadlines and expectations.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and a service mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in housekeeping or hospitality preferred but not required.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of basic cleaning supplies and equipment.
