Dialysis Registered Nurse

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Hours: M/W/F 4:00am - 6:30pm, T/Th/S 4:00am - 3:00pm 10-12 hour shifts, must be available to work any hours within these ranges - schedule can vary dependent upon patient census
• This Clinic has 16 chairs with 1 RN and 4 dialysis techs on M/W/F and 1 RN and 2-3 dialysis techs on T/Th/S
• Deliver dialysis treatments and monitor patient status
• Assess, troubleshoot, and respond to clinical situations
• Educate patients and build meaningful relationships
• Work as part of a small and supportive care team

  Qualifications

  • Current RN license in state of practice
  • CPR certification and basic EKG interpretation
  • A Minimum of 1 year licensed with experience in a clinical setting (ICU, ER, Med/Surg preferred)
  • Strong assessment, time management, and communication skills
  • CNN certification a plus
