Dialysis Registered Nurse

DaVita Dublin Dialysis in Dublin, Ohio is seeking a Registered Nurse to ensure compassionate and professional delivery of all dialysis-related nursing services in an outpatient setting, prioritizing patient safety, comfort, and wellbeing.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care plans and monitor outcomes
• Ensure safe, compassionate dialysis delivery
• Build long-term relationships with patients and families
• Work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with 12 chairs, 1 RN, and 2 techs per shift (2 shifts/day)

Operational Hours: MWF 4:00am - 4:00pm, TTHS 5:00am - 3:00pm. Typical week consists of 3-4 days, 10-12 hour shifts.

Requirements

• Current RN license in state of practice
• CPR certification and basic EKG interpretation
• 2+ years’ experience with acutely ill patients (ICU, ER, Med/Surg preferred)
• Strong assessment, time management, and communication skills
• Adaptability, leadership, and critical thinking
• Ability to work well in a team, take and give redirection, and communicate effectively
• CNN certification a plus

Employment is contingent upon successfully passing a drug screen and background check.
