Dialysis Registered Nurse

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position as a Dialysis Registered Nurse at Colquitt Regional Medical Center, located in Moultrie, GA. The role involves providing high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals requiring dialysis treatment. Key responsibilities include monitoring patient conditions, administering dialysis therapy, managing medical equipment, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes for patients. The Dialysis Registered Nurse will also educate patients and their families about treatment plans and ongoing care.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Hemodialysis and Dialysis procedures, with a strong understanding of related patient care practices
• Expertise in Nursing practices, particularly in acute and chronic care settings
• Familiarity with Medicine and Nephrology, with the ability to assess and address patient needs
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Strong critical-thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Previous experience in dialysis or nephrology nursing is preferred
