Responsibilities

• Direct and organize the hemodialysis program, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.
• Develop, implement, and monitor policies and procedures to enhance program safety and effectiveness.
• Supervise and mentor dialysis staff, fostering a culture of compassionate care and professional growth.
• Serve as the primary liaison for the dialysis program, representing the department in interdisciplinary meetings and stakeholder communications.
• Oversee program performance metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement and driving operational efficiencies.

Requirements

• Current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in nephrology or dialysis, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of hemodialysis principles, equipment, and infection control protocols.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage resources, and drive programmatic improvements.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
