Responsibilities

• Direct and organize the hemodialysis program, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
• Develop, implement, and monitor policies and procedures to enhance program safety and effectiveness.
• Supervise dialysis staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
• Serve as the primary liaison for the program, collaborating with clinical teams, patients, and external stakeholders.
• Oversee program quality improvement initiatives and ensure adherence to organizational goals.

Requirements

• Current and active registered nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in dialysis or nephrology nursing.
• Prior leadership or management experience in a dialysis or healthcare setting.
• Strong knowledge of dialysis regulations, standards, and best practices.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
