About the role

Dialysis Clinic, Inc. is recruiting Patient Care Technicians (PCTs) to support our mission of providing personalized care to patients with end-stage renal disease. Our team is dedicated to ensuring that every patient receives the highest quality care in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in infection control, risk management, and patient education activities
  • Guide new patients through a 120-day education plan
  • Obtain and record patient vital signs and machine readings during treatment
  • Set up and break down dialysis blood systems for treatment
  • Insert and remove patient access needles under RN supervision
  • Maintain professional working relationships, observing patient privacy and rights
  • Maintain and track inventory
  • Perform laboratory work as directed

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Desire to collaborate with care teams
  • Ability to problem solve
  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous healthcare experience preferred, but not required
  • CNA, EMT, medical assistant, CNT, or phlebotomy skills desired
  • Job shadowing opportunities available

Pay and Schedule

  • Pay range from $18-$24 per hour, depending on healthcare experience
  • No overnight shifts
  • Sundays off
