Dialysis Patient Care Technician-PCT
About the role
Dialysis Clinic, Inc. (DCI) is the nation’s largest nonprofit dialysis provider, with more than 270 locations in 30 states serving nearly 14,000 patients each day. Since opening the first clinic 50 years ago in Nashville, Tenn., DCI has prioritized a holistic approach to kidney care — offering hemodialysis, home dialysis, and peritoneal dialysis — and invests in care teams and research to further treatment options. The Patient Care Technician (PCT) provides care to patients with end‑stage renal disease, supporting clinical staff throughout the dialysis treatment process to deliver prescribed treatments. PCTs are an integral part of the interdisciplinary team, ensuring safe care and the highest quality outcomes for every patient in a comfortable clinical setting with a lower caregiver‑to‑patient ratio than other providers.
