Dialysis Licensed Practical Nurse

The LPN/LVN role entails:

• Schedule: Sun/Tues/Thurs 3:00 pm - 11:00pm or 4:00pm - 12:00am (approximate scheduling need, may vary dependent on patient census)
• Coverage would include care of approximately 10 patients total
• May have to pick up shifts to maintain full-time hours until census grows for nocturnal program

About the role

This position is for an Experienced Dialysis Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for Nocturnal coverage at our Middleburg Heights Dialysis Center in Middleburg Heights, OH.

Responsibilities

• Provide care to approximately 10 patients
• May need to pick up shifts to maintain full-time hours
• Work in a team environment with an RN and Dialysis Tech

Requirements

• Experience in Dialysis Required
• Reliable (attendance and punctuality are crucial)
• A desire to help people
• Comfortable with the nocturnal shift
• Loves making a difference

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year hospital or clinical experience
• High School Diploma (HSD) or GED with a current LPN-LVN license in the state you are applying
• Current CPR certification, IV certification required if required by state regulations
• Experience required can include: BONENT Certified, Certified Hemodialysis Technician (CHT)
