About the role
This position is for our Minerva Park Dialysis in Columbus, Ohio.
Responsibilities
- Deliver care in an empathetic, compassionate way
- Build meaningful and long term relationships with patients and their family
- Work with patients who are often dealing with multiple co-morbidities
- Work in a fast-paced environment with a variety of nursing skills and knowledge
- Operate the water treatment system after completing training
Requirements
- Current LPN-LVN license in the state of practice required
- Current CPR certification required
- IV certification required if required by state regulations
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Completed training program approved by the medical director and the governing body as required by CMS guidelines prior to operating the water treatment system
- One year's experience in a hospital or clinical setting preferred
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Word and Outlook required; functional proficiency in computer systems of DaVita within 90 days of hire required

Pay
Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience. DaVita offers a competitive total rewards package, which includes a 401k match, healthcare coverage and a broad range of other benefits.
Schedule
- Clinic Operational Hours: M/W/F 4:45a - 7:00p, T/Th/S 6:30a - 6:00p
- PCTs expected shifts for this clinic: 3-4 days/week with a minimum of two Saturdays/month and can be asked to start as early as 4:00 am
