About the role
The Administrator manages the daily operations of a clinic, ensuring compliance, quality patient care, and program growth. They develop processes to meet company goals, coordinate staffing and patient scheduling, and oversee clinical and operational procedures to improve outcomes and minimize hospitalizations.
Responsibilities
- Drive growth through process development and program expansion.
- Ensure quality management by leading QAPI meetings, incident reviews, and maintaining comprehensive patient documentation.
- Maintain operational readiness by ensuring legal compliance, managing staff, overseeing equipment, and ensuring a safe, sanitary environment.
- Foster partnerships with healthcare providers, vendors, and the community.
- Lead staff recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and retention efforts, promoting team collaboration.
- Monitor contractual agreements and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Leadership ability with sound judgment and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Preferred dialysis management experience.
- Proficiency in English, basic computer skills, and clinical applications.
- For nursing-qualified candidates: current RN license, dialysis experience, CPR certification, color discrimination ability, and compliance with state practice requirements.

- Must be a full-time employee, available during clinic hours, with relevant licensing and experience.
- The role involves ensuring regulatory compliance, managing staff, and fostering positive relationships to support clinic success.
