The Administrator oversees daily clinic operations, ensuring compliance with regulations and achieving growth, financial, and quality goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop growth strategies for the clinic
• Manage patient scheduling and implement clinical and operational processes
• Monitor outcomes through quality programs
• Coordinate departments and maintain documentation
• Ensure a safe, sanitary environment with proper equipment and supplies
• Build partnerships with medical staff, hospitals, vendors, and the community
• Supervise staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations
• Ensure regulatory compliance and oversee staff and patient safety
• Promote high-quality patient care

Requirements

• RN licensure
• Leadership ability and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in computer applications
• Prior Dialysis Management Experience is preferred
