About the role
Patient Care Technician (PCT) - Skilled Nursing Dialysis (DSD)
Location: 4900 Babson Pl., Cincinnati, OH 45227
Shifts: 3-4 days per week, 12+ hour shifts
Responsibilities
- Take responsibility for the complete ongoing care of each patient to ensure their dialysis treatment stays on track.
- Work in conjunction with dialysis RNs to provide dialysis care.
- Primary work schedule: Full-time, based at Indian Spring of Oakley, may support additional sites.
- Operations function: Monday through Saturday.
- Primary duties include spending the majority of the day in direct patient care.
- May be asked to support other local SNF departments.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- MUST BE OCDT certified in the State of Ohio.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Word and Outlook.
Qualifications
- Significant experience within DaVita.
- Comfortable working autonomously.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional resources.
Skills
- Training/teaching/healthcare education background preferred.

Pay
Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience.
