Dialysis Clinical Manager - RN

Role Overview: This position involves overseeing clinical operations, ensuring quality patient care, and maintaining regulatory compliance within a healthcare facility. The clinical leader manages staff, supports patient care coordination, and fosters a positive work environment. Key Responsibilities Manage short- and long-term objectives, resource allocation, and staff staffing.Provide leadership, coaching, and development for staff; collaborate with HR on employee matters.Ensure adherence to quality standards, regulatory requirements, and facility policies.Oversee patient care from admission through discharge, including education and care planning.Coordinate multidisciplinary care, address patient concerns, and optimize treatment schedules.Supervise recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and employee development.Maintain relationships with physicians, facilitate communication, and support medical staff privileges.Ensure facility safety, manage equipment and technical systems, and oversee environmental integrity.Handle administrative tasks such as budgeting, inventory management, reporting, and participation in audits. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree; RN license with current state licensure.6-8 years of relevant experience, including clinical nursing and dialysis care.3+ years supervisory or management experience preferred.Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.Knowledge of healthcare regulations, quality improvement, and staff development.Ability to make impactful decisions, coordinate interdisciplinary teams, and ensure compliance.Willingness to provide on-call coverage and participate in ongoing training.
