About the Role

Responsibilities
- Provides leadership, coaching, and staff development
- Manages financial aspects, including budgeting and inventory
- Oversees patient care, ensuring timely assessments and treatment plans
- Maintains medical records and ensures data accuracy
- Fosters strong relationships with physicians and regulatory bodies
- Implements quality improvement initiatives
- Ensures staff training, licensure compliance, and disciplinary actions
- Collaborates on policies, safety, and facility maintenance
- Supports growth through community engagement and service promotion
Requirements
- RN licensure
- Minimum of 2 years clinical management experience
- Dialysis nursing experience
- Leadership competencies and strong communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Supervisory experience
- ICU or med-surg background
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and medical software
