About the Role
This position is for a Clinical Manager responsible for delivering quality patient care and overseeing clinical operations in a dialysis facility.
Responsibilities
- Manage clinic operations, staff, and financials
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations
- Coordinate patient care from admission to discharge
- Foster team development and facilitate physician relationships
- Oversee documentation and reporting
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Active RN licensure
- 6+ years of healthcare operations experience
- 12+ months of clinical nursing experience
- Dialysis experience
- 3+ years of supervisory or project management experience (preferred)
- Must pass Ishihara Color Blind Test
Working Conditions
