Dialer - Full/Part time

About the role

In this role, you will be responsible for dialing provided leads using a 100% scripted process to book client appointments for our agents. This is a performance-based role that you can build around your schedule. You will be given specific performance targets, agent productivity goals, and campaign conversion rates.

This role requires no license or special coursework. 100% of the training is provided to help you turn dials into cash. It’s the perfect side gig or a stepping stone to a full-time career in the agency.

Pay

• Part-time: $20 per appointment set
• Full-time: $30 per appointment set
