Diagnostic Radiologist - Locum Tenens
About the Role
This position is for a board-certified diagnostic radiologist providing on-site interpretation services in both inpatient and outpatient settings. The role involves reading general diagnostic images, performing light interventional procedures, and utilizing AGFA EI equipment, EPIC EMR, and Powerscribe 360 dictation technology to ensure efficient workflow.
The clinician will support adult patients alongside a team of radiologists in a facility that emphasizes comprehensive patient care with established imaging infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Interpret general diagnostic images in inpatient and outpatient settings
- Perform light interventional procedures
- Utilize AGFA EI equipment, EPIC EMR, and Powerscribe 360 dictation technology
- Manage a caseload of 60-100 cases daily
Requirements
- Board certification in diagnostic radiology
- Proficiency in general diagnostic imaging
- Experience with light interventional radiology (IR) procedures
- Familiarity with AGFA EI equipment, EPIC EMR, and Powerscribe 360
Schedule
Flexible day shifts from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. No call responsibilities are required.
