Diagnostic Radiologist - Locum Tenens

About the role

We are seeking a Board-Certified Diagnostic Radiologist for an inpatient locum tenens role in a trauma hospital located in Central New Jersey. The position serves an adult patient population and involves coverage of about 50-65 RVUs daily, primarily focusing on CT and PF studies, with an average workload of approximately 55 RVUs per day.

Schedule

Day shift from Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Responsibilities

• Perform and interpret imaging studies in a hybrid onsite and remote environment
• Manage a diverse caseload while ensuring quality patient care
• Collaborate with healthcare teams and adhere to clinical protocols
• Cover procedures including fluoroscopy and modalities such as PF, CT, US, and NM

Requirements

• Board certification in radiology
• Experience with CT, PF, US, NM, and fluoroscopy procedures
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting within a hybrid work environment
