Diagnostic Radiologist - Locum Tenens

About the role

This remote diagnostic radiology role involves providing inpatient, outpatient, and emergency room imaging interpretation via telehealth in a small hospital setting. The radiologist will work fully remotely, interpreting 125-180 cases daily across modalities including plain film, CT, MRI, ultrasound, and nuclear medicine.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate, timely radiology reports while adhering to established protocols.
• Support efficient workflow and quality patient care through consistent interpretation of imaging studies.

Schedule

Coverage required Monday through Friday during daytime hours, with no call duties.

Requirements

• Board certification in Diagnostic Radiology (negotiable).

Skills

• Proficiency with PACS systems.
• Experience handling diverse imaging modalities (plain film, CT, MRI, ultrasound, nuclear medicine).
• Ability to manage a high-volume case load.
