Prerequisites

Accreditation & Partner Standards

• NABL / CAP Certification: Diagnostic laboratory partners must hold a valid accreditation certificate from the National Accreditation Board for Testing and Calibration Laboratories (NABL) or College of American Pathologists (CAP).
• Physical Infrastructure & Logistics: Must operate at least one fully-owned collection facility or sample processing center in the registered cities, with cold chain collection bags for sample integrity.
• API Integrations or Dashboard Readiness: Ability to utilize webhook structures for real-time dispatch synchronizations, or active operators available to handle bookings via the partner dashboard.
• Female Phlebotomists Capability: Assigned phlebotomists for female home collection bookings should accommodate female-only dispatch requests where specified.
