About the role

The Diagnostic Medical Sonography Clinical Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the clinical operations within the sonography department. This includes managing daily activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and providing clinical guidance to staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinical operations including scheduling, patient flow, and quality assurance.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and accreditation requirements.
• Provide clinical supervision and training to sonography technicians.
• Develop and implement protocols for patient care and safety.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless patient care coordination.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical sonography setting.
• Current certification as a Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS).
• Experience with quality assurance and improvement initiatives.
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills.

Pay

$X per hour, depending on experience.

Schedule

Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
