Diagnostic Imaging Assistant, 5:30p-6a, Friday, Saturday & Sunday

Responsibilities

• Transport patients to and from the imaging departments.
• Demonstrate competence in transporting both inpatients and outpatients.
• Find patient information in the patient computer system.
• Show communication skills (telephone and in person).
• Set up patient exam rooms.
• Show a working knowledge of medical terminology.
• Show a working knowledge of diagnostic imaging procedures/protocols.
• Show a general knowledge of other procedures performed throughout the hospital.
• Perform clerical duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• No experience required.
• We provide comprehensive on-the-job training.
