About the role
The role is responsible for providing administrative support to the academic affairs department.
Responsibilities
- Manage scheduling for faculty meetings and events.
- Handle correspondence and communication with external partners.
- Prepare and distribute reports related to academic programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- At least 2 years of experience in administrative support.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with event planning and coordination.
