About the role

The role is responsible for providing administrative support to the academic affairs department.

Responsibilities

  • Manage scheduling for faculty meetings and events.
  • Handle correspondence and communication with external partners.
  • Prepare and distribute reports related to academic programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in administrative support.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with event planning and coordination.

Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of academic policies and procedures.

Schedule
