DevSecOps Manager

About the role

We are seeking a DevSecOps Manager to lead a multi-discipline engineering team, overseeing technical, cost, and schedule aspects of software development across programs.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full engineering lifecycle, ensuring compliance with standards and best practices.
• Foster innovation and growth within the engineering team.
• Oversee personnel management, addressing staffing and contract-related issues.
• Participate in key milestone events and present progress to management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM or a related field.
• At least 8 years of engineering experience.
• Proven leadership in engineering projects, with expertise in Agile, DevSecOps, and Digital Transformation.
• Strong communication skills for presenting to management.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
• Travel up to 10% may be required.
