About the role

We are seeking a DevSecOps Manager to lead a multidisciplinary team in software development, overseeing technical, cost, and schedule execution across programs.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full engineering lifecycle, ensuring adherence to standards.
• Foster innovation and support personnel development through performance assessments and staffing.
• Address staffing needs and handle contract issues.
• Execute recovery plans and participate in milestone events.
• Present to various stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM or related field.
• 8+ years of engineering experience.
• Proven leadership experience.
• Expertise in Agile, DevSecOps, and Digital Transformation.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.

Schedule

Travel up to 10% may be necessary.
