DevSecOps Manager

About the role

We are seeking a DevSecOps Manager to lead a multidisciplinary team in tackling complex engineering challenges. You will manage the technical, cost, and schedule aspects of multiple software development projects, oversee the entire engineering life cycle, and ensure compliance with standards and processes.

This role includes personnel management, performance assessments, staffing, and program milestone execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multidisciplinary engineering team to solve complex challenges
• Manage technical, cost, and schedule aspects of multiple software development projects
• Oversee the entire engineering life cycle from planning to delivery
• Ensure compliance with engineering standards and processes
• Conduct personnel management, including performance assessments and staffing
• Execute program milestones and deliverables

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field
• At least 8 years of engineering experience
• Proven leadership experience in engineering programs
• Expertise in Agile, DevSecOps, and Digital Transformation
• Strong communication skills for presenting to stakeholders
• Ability to obtain a Secret security clearance

Schedule

Travel up to 10% may be necessary.
