DevSecOps Engineer

About the role

The DevSecOps Engineer at Arcticom, LLC supports the development and maintenance of Oracle EBS solutions, database management, and various IT services. This role is based in Kettering, OH.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to a team providing expertise in Oracle EBS, Database, SOA, and other technologies.
• Evaluate and document compliance of high-level enterprise architectures.
• Align system requirements with business processes and ensure compliance with governance, risk, and compliance standards.
• Support migration to new hardware, platforms, or cloud environments.
• Manage virtualized environments, storage, and networking.
• Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines, automate processes, and support system engineering processes.
• Lead interface meetings with trading partners and system implementers.
• Assess and improve enterprise systems' compliance with financial laws and regulations.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in configurations, software development, and operations.
• 12+ years of experience with Oracle technologies and compliance regulations.
• 10+ years of DevSecOps experience, including CI/CD and platform automation.
• 10+ years of software delivery leadership in Agile methodologies.
• 8+ years of 24x7 production operations experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with FlexDeploy, JIRA, scripting in Python/Ruby/Go, and logging/monitoring tools.
• Government clearance and experience with OCI.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship.
• Preferably a Federal SECRET clearance.
• Prior military service.
• Shareholder preference given to qualified candidates.
