About the role
The role is responsible for driving the development and implementation of innovative benefits solutions that enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive benefits plans aligned with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with HR teams to understand and implement new benefits offerings.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Provide training and support to employees on benefits programs.
- Monitor and analyze benefit trends to inform strategic decisions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in benefits administration or related field.
- Strong understanding of federal and state employment laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with benefits technology platforms.
- Knowledge of health insurance exchanges and COBRA regulations.

Pay
Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually.
Schedule
Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
