Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain Azure-based infrastructure supporting development, QA, and staging environments.
- Manage and optimize Kubernetes clusters and containerized applications.
- Build, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments and releases.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management.
- Support both Windows and Linux server environments.
- Partner with engineering teams to improve system reliability, scalability, and deployment processes.
- Maintain system health and implement observability solutions for infrastructure and applications.
- Troubleshoot infrastructure, deployment, and production issues.
- Document infrastructure, deployment processes, and operational best practices.
- Evaluate and implement new DevOps tools and automation technologies.
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure.
- Experience administering and supporting both Windows and Linux environments.
- Production experience with Kubernetes and containerized applications.
- Experience with Docker and container technologies.
- Strong CI/CD experience using Azure DevOps, TeamCity, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, or similar).
- Scripting experience with PowerShell, Bash, Python, or similar.
- Strong understanding of networking fundamentals, DNS, TLS, VPNs, and load balancing.
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus and Grafana.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work across infrastructure and application teams.
- Security-focused infrastructure experience, including vulnerability management, security best practices, or compliance initiatives.
- Experience supporting hybrid or on-premises environments.
- Azure certifications (AZ-104, AZ-400, or similar).
- Experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, RabbitMQ, or Elasticsearch.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot or Claude.
