About the role
Deploy, manage, and support large-scale Windows and Linux environments, including virtualization platforms and networking components.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain automation solutions using PowerShell, Python, or Bash for scalable deployment processes and infrastructure management.
- Work with cloud platforms to support hybrid infrastructure environments.
- Architect and implement secure, scalable solutions, considering system interdependencies and limitations.
- Analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions through root cause analysis.
- Collaborate effectively with global teams, provide technical consultation, and support cross-functional projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent relevant work experience.
- 4+ years of experience in site reliability engineering, systems engineering, systems administration, DevOps, security administration, or network administration.
- 2+ years of experience building scripts, tooling, and automation for large-scale computing environments.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Java, Perl, PHP, Ruby, Bash, or Shell.
- Experience working in a 24/7 production environment.
- Experience with service-oriented architecture and web services.
Pay
Competitive annual salary ($104,500 - $160,000) plus potential for sign-on payments and restricted stock units.
