DevOps Cloud Engineer
About the role
We're seeking a DevOps infrastructure engineer with 4+ years of experience in developing tools and processes to drive DevOps or DevSecOps maturity. Your responsibilities include setting up cloud environments, provisioning computer networking and storage, managing server configurations, and integrating container services through a DevSecOps pipeline. You'll work with cloud architects and engineers to manage server configuration for modern cloud solutions.
Responsibilities
- Provisioning computer networking and storage
- Setting up servers that the platform is on, including VMs or networks
- Deploying and managing IT infrastructures for server and network components
- Working with cloud service providers to support clients' missions
- Using AWS Services such as EC2, S3, VPC, ELB, and CloudFormation
- Managing GitLab CI/CD pipelines for build, test, and deploy workflows
- Utilizing Linux and Kubernetes
- Resolving issues related to open-source and commercial tools in public cloud environments
Requirements
- Experience with AWS Services
- Experience with Git and GitLab CI/CD
- Experience with Kubernetes
- Experience with network technologies
- TS/SCI clearance with eligibility for a polygraph exam
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in CS or Computer Engineering
- CompTIA Security+ Certification
Skills
- Scripting using tools like Bash, Python, or Boto3
- DevOps CI/CD pipeline optimization
- Experience with GEOAxIS, Elasticsearch, Helm, and Terraform

Pay
The projected compensation range for this position is $69,300.00 to $158,000.00 (annualized USD).
Schedule
Full-time and part-time employees working at least 20 hours a week on a regular basis are eligible to participate in Booz Allen’s benefit programs. Individuals that do not meet the threshold are only eligible for select offerings, not inclusive of health benefits.
