Device Technician

Location: Education Training and Development Center, 12451 Gateway Blvd, Fort Myers, FL 33913 | Department: IS Information Technology Svcs | Work Type: Full Time

Responsibilities

• Installing, configuring, maintaining, diagnosing, repairing, and upgrading hardware and software to ensure optimal workstation performance
• Troubleshooting problems and resolving issues in accordance with Service Level Agreements and departmental practices
• Providing assistance to onsite and remote end-users
• Analyzing user requests, building new endpoint computer systems, and deploying printers for small to medium sized projects
• Resolving incidents and tasks using ServiceNow
• Maintaining computer equipment accurately in the hardware asset management system

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required (or 3+ years of relevant experience in lieu of degree)
• Minimum of 1 year experience in application IS integration/development preferred
• Good listening skills, ability to recognize problems and respond accordingly, systematically gather information, sort through issues with assistance, seek input from others, and make timely decisions
• Clean driver's license required for use of Lee Health System vehicles

Pay

$26.27 - $34.15 per hour

Schedule

Shift 1: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
