About the role

The RN Cardiology Care Coordinator works with a high degree of autonomy to provide consistent quality care for patients. They collaborate closely with physicians and other members of the healthcare team.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with physicians and other healthcare team members to ensure consistent quality care for patients.
• Accept responsibility and accountability for assigned patients as a care manager, planning, implementing, and evaluating their care.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in nursing
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
• Montana Registered Nurse License upon hire
• ACLS - American Heart Association upon hire
• 2 years of experience in cardiology nursing

Qualifications

• Cardiovascular Specialty Certification upon hire
