Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care
- Manage remote transmissions of devices
- Maintain device recalls
- Perform basic device triage
- Document evaluation outcomes
- Coordinate daily operations of the device clinic
- Maintain clinic flow
- Respond promptly to patient needs
Qualifications
- Current Nursing License (RN)
- BLS & ACLS certification
- 5 to 7 years RN experience
- 2 to 4 years PCCU/CCU/ICU/Cath Lab experience or 2 to 5 years Device Clinic experience preferred
- Advanced medical and cardiology terminology
- Advanced EKG rhythm interpretation
- Ability to verbalize and demonstrate knowledge of pacemaker and defibrillator systems
- System analysis and measurement, programming, and troubleshooting principles
- Scottcare/Epic experience strongly desired
