DEVELOPMENTAL PEDIATRICIAN
About the role
Joe DiMaggio Children’s Hospital is seeking a board-certified/board-eligible pediatrician with subspecialty training in developmental-behavioral pediatrics or neurodevelopmental disabilities to join our multidisciplinary team.
Responsibilities
- Three (3) days per week in our developmental clinic, primarily evaluating and managing patients with ADHD and Autism Spectrum Disorder
- Two (2) days per week dedicated to our craniofacial clinic (including one day for preparation and one day for patient care)
- One clinic per month in Wellington
- Work hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Requirements
The successful candidate will collaborate closely with our comprehensive craniofacial team, which includes experts in audiology, dentistry, neurosurgery, plastic surgery, social work, and speech-language pathology/feeding therapy. Together, these specialists develop and deliver individualized, patient-centered care plans for children with complex craniofacial conditions.
Qualifications
Seasoned physician who is board-certified/board-eligible in both general pediatrics and developmental-behavioral pediatrics or pediatric neurodevelopmental disabilities. Experience and interest in multidisciplinary care and working with neurodevelopmental and craniofacial patient populations are strongly preferred.
