Development Specialist

Join us in our mission as the Development Specialist at Catholic Charities of Executive Office & Support Services. You will play a pivotal role in individuals' lives, making a significant impact through:

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of donor database operations, including data standards, maintenance, validation, reporting, and compliance
• Develop and implement best practices for gift processing, acknowledgments, and donor data integrity
• Analyze donor data to identify trends, opportunities for donor growth, retention, and increased engagement
• Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of the Gala for Good
• Manage the event module and all related database components
• Cook up annual fundraising appeals, ensuring accurate data, segmentation, and reporting
• Respond to donor inquiries professionally via phone, email, or in person

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field
• 3-5 years of relevant experience
• Valid driver’s license, proof of current car insurance and registration, and access to a reliable, working vehicle

Pay

Salary: $ 27.00 - $30.00/an hour

Schedule

Monday - Friday 8AM - 4PM (35 hours/week)
