Development Program Manager
About the Role
In Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) Systems, you’ll help develop systems that sense, control, exploit and disseminate actionable information to warfighters supporting a variety of missions. The C4ISR Program Management team is seeking a Development Program Manager in support of the Tactical Data Links Program Area within the AC&S Product Line directorate.
- Lead, coordinate, plan, organize, control, integrate, and execute a project or collection of projects
- Ensure achievement of financial, schedule, technical, and new business performance objectives
- Participate in the support of new business and in the development of financial plans for the company
- Model and demonstrate strong leadership in ethics, safety and security

Requirements
- Ability to lead cross functional teams (e.g., Engineering, Finance, Operations) in the execution of complex technical tasks
- Experience with life cycle management
- Experience integrating scope, schedule and budget for the successful execution of program objectives
- Working knowledge of defense contract types and the risks associated with each
- Proven track record working with financial analysts to achieve all financial objectives for the program using Earned Value Management techniques
- Sound interpersonal skills to interface, coordinate, and negotiate with company personnel, customers, and suppliers
- Exercise discretion and independent judgement in the performance of Program Management duties
- Ability to develop and execute a program schedule and subsequently track status against that schedule
- Actively manage customer relationships to maintain a win-win of program execution and future business
- Knowledge of AS9100 and AS9145 or similar quality standards
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 8 years of work experience
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification or equivalent certification
- Experience developing strategies and proposals for new business pursuits
Pay
Full-Time Salary Range: $145,049 - $246,584. Individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
