What You’ll Bring to the Job
- Experience in development operations, nonprofit management, project management, or a related field
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience with CRM systems and managing data accurately and consistently
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills and comfort working with senior staff, board members, and volunteers
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and willingness to take initiative
- Comfort managing up and across, including ensuring follow-through from colleagues, senior leadership, and volunteers
- Appreciation for relationship-based fundraising, collaborative work, and mission-driven organizations
- Familiarity with Hillel and the Jewish nonprofit landscape
What You’ll Receive
- Salary range: $60,000-$72,000
