Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and manage donor database and fundraising platform integrity, accuracy, and effectiveness.
  • Process and reconcile donations from individual, corporate, and foundation donors.
  • Generate donor reports, dashboards, prospect research, and fundraising analytics for leadership and board reporting.
  • Manage donor acknowledgment processes, gift tracking, and campaign reporting.
  • Support donor cultivation efforts through research, presentations, and stewardship activities.
  • Create mailing lists, donor segmentation reports, and event-related reports.
  • Track fundraising event data and prepare post-event analyses.
  • Collaborate with Finance on gift reconciliation, reporting, and annual audit support.
  • Develop and implement database policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Support cross-functional fundraising, communications, marketing, and special project initiatives.
  • Manage a portfolio of smaller donor accounts and relationships.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Nonprofit Management, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 3–5+ years of experience managing donor databases, CRM systems, or fundraising platforms.
  • Experience in a nonprofit or mission-driven organization preferred.
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and data management skills.
  • Excellent organizational, project management, and time management abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively with leadership, board members, donors, and community stakeholders.
  • High level of attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through.
  • Able to successfully complete a background screening.

Pay

Compensation range: $65,000 – $70,000 annually
