Development Manager (Full-Stack)

Responsibilities
- Provide constructive feedback and influence the performance and career development of high performing engineers.
- Full ownership of the Full Stack of our products, contribute and collaborate with peers on cross team initiatives.
- Continuous collaboration with stakeholders across multiple departments and teams to understand their business and product strategies and translate those into strategic technical plans.
- Decide with senior management in developing long-term technology road maps and execution of existing initiatives.
- Lead multiple projects - including planning, prioritization, and task delegation.
- Enforce accountability for the quality of software that is created.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven leader in hiring, mentoring, coaching and developing engineering talent, including performance management.
- Expert knowledge of Java, Springboot, Python, JavaScript, API, Webservices, GKE, developing ML models and its best practices.
- Knowledge with React.js, TypeScript, Node.js, GraphQL.
- A crafty problem solver to knock in a fast paced environment who works to find win-win solutions. You knock down barriers.
- Ability to drive the development of high scale systems and system integrations.

Pay
The salary range for this position is $160,000-$200,000 USD. In addition to a competitive base salary, certain roles may be eligible for an annual bonus and/or equity grant.
Schedule
This role is eligible for our hybrid work model: Two days in-office as determined by you and your manager (ideally selecting among Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday). On the remaining days, you can choose to be remote or in the office.
