Full-Stack Developer

About The Role

We're hiring a full-stack developer to work on both client-facing products and internal tools. You'll build APIs, design database schemas, and ship polished frontend features — often on the same day. If you enjoy solving end-to-end problems and don't have a strong preference for one side of the stack, this role is for you.

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain REST APIs and backend services with Node.js
• Design and manage PostgreSQL schemas and queries
• Ship frontend features with React, integrating cleanly with APIs
• Work across multiple client projects simultaneously
• Contribute to architecture decisions on new projects
• Participate in code reviews and uphold quality standards

What We're Looking For

• Solid experience with Node.js for backend development
• Comfortable with React on the frontend — not just copy-pasting components
• Good understanding of relational databases and SQL (PostgreSQL preferred)
• Able to own tasks end-to-end without constant guidance
• Reliable communicator who keeps projects moving forward

Nice to Have

• Experience with TypeScript across the full stack
• Familiarity with Docker and container-based deployments
• Prior work in an agency or multi-project environment
